1. Who we are
Trifásica Elétrica - Comércio de Material Elétrico Ltda., located at Rua Guarará, 111, Cidade Industrial Satélite, Guarulhos/SP, Brazil, ZIP 07223-210, is the controller of the personal data collected through trifasica.com.br. This policy explains which data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
2. Data we collect
Data you provide when requesting a quote, creating an account, buying or contacting us on WhatsApp: name, company, tax ID (CPF or CNPJ), phone, e-mail, shipping and billing address, and the items you are interested in. Browsing data collected automatically, such as pages visited, traffic source, browser type and IP address, through cookies and measurement tools, based on legitimate interest. You can object to this measurement, as explained in section 4.
3. How we use your data
To answer quotes and contact requests; to process orders, deliveries, invoicing and after-sales; to comply with legal and tax obligations; to understand how the site is used and improve it; and to measure the results of our ads and show them to people who have visited the site.
4. Cookies and measurement tools
We use cookies for three different purposes. When browsing the site, you are informed of these measurements by the notice shown on your first visit. You can object to either of the two measurement purposes at any time, as explained below.
Essential. They make the site work (session, cart, login and, on contact and checkout forms, protection against bots provided by Cloudflare Turnstile). They do not depend on choice, because the site does not work without them.
Audience measurement. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, and RD Station Marketing to learn which pages are viewed, where visits come from and how each contact reached us. The legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 7, IX, LGPD): this is browsing data used to improve the site and our service, not to make automated decisions about you.
Ad measurement. We use tools from advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Instagram and Facebook), to learn which ads bring visits, quotes and sales, and decide where to invest. They record browsing data and associate it with identifiers of your browser. The platforms may use this data to show Trifásica ads to people who have visited the site, including on other sites and apps. The legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 7, IX, LGPD), and this measurement is on by default.
How to object to measurement. You can object to audience measurement, ad measurement or both by e-mail at vendas@trifasica.com.br or by phone at (11) 4486-8299 / (11) 4210-4289. We reply with a link that applies your choice in that browser: from then on, Google Analytics, RD Station and/or the advertising tools stop measuring your browsing here. In your own browser, you can also use tracking protection (such as Safari, Firefox or Brave provide) or tracker-blocking extensions; the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, offered by Google, disables only Google Analytics, not the advertising tools.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: providers needed to run the site, the store and customer service (hosting, e-mail, the Pagar.me payment provider, carriers and RD Station, which organizes our sales service); Google, for audience measurement; and advertising platforms (Google and Meta), to measure the results of our ads and show them, based on legitimate interest and as long as you do not object.
6. How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above. Order data and tax documents are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
7. Your rights
You may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data; access to your data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about who we share data with; and objection to the measurements described in section 4. 8. Security and changes
We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). This policy may be updated; the date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
