General Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for sales made by Trifásica Elétrica, headquartered at Rua Guarará, 111 – Cidade Industrial Satélite, Guarulhos/SP, CEP 07223-210, hereinafter referred to simply as Trifásica Elétrica, and, on the other side, the customer, qualified at the time of purchase of the products, hereinafter referred to simply as Customer.

Considering that Trifásica Elétrica sells products over the internet and the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by Trifásica Elétrica in its Online Store, the purpose of this term is to clarify to the Customer the general conditions for purchasing products in this Online Store.

I. Order confirmation

After completing the purchase process, the customer will receive a copy of the order containing the details of their purchase at the registered email address. It is important to check if the information is correct, since, in case of any discrepancy, appropriate measures can be taken before the sequence of the internal process related to the order occurs.

II. Confidentiality

III. Customer Service (SAC)

The customer has this service to answer their questions, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the site. The SAC can be contacted by phone or via the contact form on the site.

IV. Delivery Policy

The lead time for the products is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in business days. Product deliveries are preferably made via Correios, which may occur according to the provider's criteria. For more details, consult our Delivery Policy.

V. Changes after purchase

After finalizing the order, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance or even delivery priority.

VI. Right of withdrawal

The Customer will be allowed to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase, for the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the withdrawal period for the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt.
