Description
What it is
Pextron URP 1439TU microprocessor-based protection relay (URP — universal protection relay). It monitors current/voltage and commands the opening of the circuit breaker in the event of faults, protecting feeders, transformers, and motors in medium voltage networks.
Protection functions (ANSI)
- 50 — instantaneous overcurrent
- 51 — time overcurrent
- 50N/51N — neutral overcurrent (ground fault)
