Three-phase Electricity has Conventional Cabins medium voltage with the following specifications:

Application:
Compliance with the Standard NBR-IEC 62271-200, compact cabin for sheltered/outdoor use, for installations whose load exceeds 300 kVA, protection of one or more transformers is applied. Voltage class 15 kV, nominal current of 400 or 630 A. Vacuum circuit breaker 630 A – Motorized, microprocessor-controlled protection relay, 1.9mm Carbon Steel sheet (MSG) Electrostatic paint.

Routine Factory Tests:

  • Ohmic resistance of busbars and contacts
  • Insulation resistance
  • Applied voltage industrial frequency 60 Hz
  • Insulation resistance after applied voltage
  • Current insertion in the relay and CTs
  • Trip in circuit breaker and protection relay
  • Functional test (operation of switches and circuit breaker)
  • Testing of electrical and mechanical interlocks
  • Function 86 (Lock) test
