The product must be delivered properly packaged and in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice and all accessories. Expenses arising from collection or posting of the Product will be covered by Trif\u00e1sica El\u00e9trica.<\/p>\n<p>After the product arrives at our location, the Trif\u00e1sica El\u00e9trica team will check the condition of the product to process the exchange\/return request.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Important<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Requests for exchange or return outside the deadlines stipulated above will not be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>The product must be returned intact, without signs of use and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n<li>If the defect found is due to misuse of the product, the exchange or refund will not be authorized and the product will be returned to the customer in the same condition as it was returned to Trif\u00e1sica El\u00e9trica.<\/li>\n<li>In case of refund requests, this will be made according to the payment method selected at the time of purchase. For purchases completed via <strong>bank slip<\/strong> or <strong>PIX<\/strong>, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the current account of the holder of the CPF or CNPJ used at the time of purchase. In purchases with <strong>credit card<\/strong> The card issuer will be notified, and the refund will be issued in full, regardless of the number of installments used for the purchase.
