TE Connectivity/Raychem TFT cold terminations are suitable for single-core, single-core, or three-core cables with voltages up to 35 kV for indoor (TFTI) or outdoor (TFTO) use. They feature an extremely elastic elastomeric body for easy installation, covering a wide range of cables. TFTs utilize revolutionary field control using zinc oxide. Their moisture sealing has the additional advantage of eliminating the need for heat shrink.

TFT terminations have demonstrated excellent electrical performance, durability and reliability in all types of applications, including extremely aggressive environments, with sea air and intense industrial pollution.
