Relé Pextron PCPT 4

THE Pextron PCPT 4 Relay is a microprocessor-based digital thermal protection device, developed for applications in medium voltage systems, such as dry transformers and other electrical machines. With multiple ANSI protection functions, MODBUS® RTU communication and robust design, it offers high reliability and ease of integration into industrial automation systems.

Main Technical Characteristics:

• ANSI Protection Functions:

  • 23: Temperature control device.

  • 26: Thermal device of the equipment.

  • 49: Thermal relay for electrical machine or transformer.

• Inputs and Outputs:

  • 4 inputs for RTD Pt100Ω sensors – 3 wires DIN 43.760 (range 0 to 250°C).

  • 1 command output for alarm (ALARM).

  • 1 output for shutdown command (TRIP).

  • 1 output for open or short sensor fault (FAULT).

  • 2 outputs for fan control (FAN I and FAN II).
