Our exchange policy is in accordance with art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, combined with Decree Law 7692/2013.
Pay attention to the steps described below so that your exchange is carried out easily, quickly and safely, ensuring the satisfaction we seek for purchases made in the Trifásica Elétrica Online Store.
Instructions
Send an email to vendas@trifasica.com.br within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, as per tracking, following the following standards:
- Email title: Order number – Exchange/Return request
- Email body: Full name / CPF or CNPJ / Order number / Reason for exchange or return (it may be due to regret, damaged product, manufacturing defect or even installation problems due to technical incompatibility - the important thing is that you explain to us what happened so that we can seek improvements in this regard and help other customers in the future to avoid encountering the same problem as you)
- Attachments: In cases of damaged products or those with manufacturing defects, it is important that you send us a photo that clearly shows the defect or problem found.
You will receive an email within 3 business days confirming your request and listing all the information necessary to proceed with the return or exchange of the product.
Procedure
We will use the reverse logistics system of the selected carrier or the Brazilian Post Office, where the provider will send you instructions for posting the product, along with the postage code. The product must be delivered properly packaged and in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase invoice and all accessories. Expenses arising from collection or posting of the Product will be covered by Trifásica Elétrica.
After the product arrives at our location, the Trifásica Elétrica team will check the condition of the product to process the exchange/return request.
Important
- Requests for exchange or return outside the deadlines stipulated above will not be accepted.
- The product must be returned intact, without signs of use and in its original packaging.
- If the defect found is due to misuse of the product, the exchange or refund will not be authorized and the product will be returned to the customer in the same condition as it was returned to Trifásica Elétrica.
- In case of refund requests, this will be made according to the payment method selected at the time of purchase. For purchases completed via bank slip or PIX, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the current account of the holder of the CPF or CNPJ used at the time of purchase. In purchases with credit card The card issuer will be notified, and the refund will be issued in full, regardless of the number of installments used for the purchase. The refund time is the responsibility of the card issuer and is not related to any installment plan made at the time of purchase, as Trifásica Elétrica will refund the full amount of the order.
