The delivery time specified during the purchase process takes into account the delivery region, inventory, invoice issuance process, and product preparation time. Each time the order's delivery status is updated, Trifásica Elétrica's system automatically sends alert emails to the customer. The delivery time begins only after payment is approved.
Before completing your order, you can view the estimated delivery time by going to "View Cart" and entering your zip code in the "Calculate Delivery" field. The estimated delivery time for the zip code you entered will be displayed, along with the available options for the region and their respective prices, calculated based on the delivery location, weight, product dimensions, and quantity of items.
Important
- Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee its reservation. The product will only be reserved for the customer after the order is completed and payment is confirmed/approved.
- The Post Office's standard procedure is to make up to three delivery attempts to the specified location, on alternate days, with a 48-hour interval between deliveries. If three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the Trifásica Elétrica Distribution Center.
- Your order may be received by doormen, secretaries, family members or any responsible person, upon signature of the delivery receipt and presentation of a document.
- The product will not be assembled or disassembled, transported to the installation site or provided support for installation upon delivery, considering that the carriers are not linked to Trifásica Elétrica.
- Trifásica Elétrica does not authorize the company contracted for delivery to: enter the home; deliver by alternative means (e.g., lifting the product through a window); install or maintain products; open the product packaging; deliver to an address other than that stated on the DANFE; deliver to minors or those without identification documents.
- It's important to always check the invoice and the products upon delivery. If the packaging is not in adequate condition or if there are signs of damage, refuse delivery. In these cases, immediately notify our Customer Service team by calling (11) 4486-8299 / (11) 4210-4289, or by sending an email to contato@trifasica.com.br with your order number, invoice number, and description of the problem.
- Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Brasília time), except on national, state, or municipal holidays.
Change of address
For your security, it is NOT possible to change the delivery address after the purchase is completed. In this case, you can cancel the purchase and receive a refund through one of our customer service channels, and a new purchase must be made with the correct delivery address.
